 Meet Luci Harrison – The Heart Behind Your Menopause Balance

Luci Harrison isn’t just a personal trainer or Pilates instructor—she’s a midlife wellness guide who truly gets it. As a holistic lifestyle coach, nutrition-certified educator, artist, and photographer (and proud dog mum to Baxter), Luci brings a deeply personal and well-rounded approach to health, movement, and vitality.

After going through the intense rollercoaster of perimenopause—think brain fog, mood swings, weight gain, low blood pressure, zero energy, and a disappearing sex drive—Luci found herself completely burnt out. Diagnosed with chronic fatigue and hypothyroidism, she knew she had to rebuild from the inside out.

And she did.

Now in her mid-50s, Luci feels stronger, more flexible, and more balanced than ever. She’s made it her mission to help other women navigate the messy, beautiful reality of midlife with practical tools, lived wisdom, and a whole lot of compassion.

She’s currently writing her book Your Menopause Balance—a blend of personal experience, expert insight, and empowering guidance—to support women just like you through the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
